EM4Soil is a program for 1D Laterally Constrained Inversion (or quasi-2D inversion) and 1D Spatially Constrained Inversion (quasi-3D inversion) of data collected with multisensors and multifrequency instruments like those from DUALEM, GEONICS, GF-CMD or GEM-2 and GSSI-Profiler.

Main features:

• Processing data (filtering, decimation, base line correction, correction of sensors position, geographic to UTM coordinates conversion).
• Quasi-2D and -3D inversion using linear and non-linear approaches.
• Time lapse inversion.
• Map view of the survey.
• 3D view of the inverted models.
• Exportation of all results through ASCII files.
• KML files of the models.

VLF2Dmf is a program for 2D inversion of VLF-EM/-R data (multifrequency) based of the finite element (FE) method. The inversion subroutines are based on the Occam's method.

Main features:

• Processing data (filtering, Empirical Mode Decomposition, Decimation, Interpolation, data edition);
• Fraser and Karous-Hjelt filters.
• 2D Occam inversion of VLF-EM/-R data with topography included.
• 2D forward modeling (model edition).
• Map view of the survey and of the models calculated for the survey lines.
• 3D view of the models.
• Inclusion of wells information.
• Exportation of all results through ASCII files.
• KML files of the models.

invVERIS is a software for processing and inversion of data collected with VERIS (Veris Technologies. invVERIS is capable of inverting data of surveys covering large areas. Processing includes data filtering, Latitude/Longitude to UTM conversion and more. All results can be exported as TIFF, PS, PDF or PNG files and saved as ASCII files that can be used in other graphical (GIS) or analyse programs. KML files are available for models.

Main features:

• Processing data (filtering, delete data, geographic to UTM coordinates conversion).
• Quasi-3D inversion.
• Map view of the survey.
• 3D view of the inverted models.
• Exportation of all results through ASCII files.
• KML files of the models.

HzEMSoft was developed for the interpretation of EMFAD (Geophysical Environmental Engineering) data.

The interpretation of data collected over pipes, cables, and cavities can be made using simple models (SBM).

HzEMSoft can interpret data using 2D modelling and inversion. This approach can be useful in geological and environmental studies.

Main features:

• Processing data.
• Depth estimation of a target based on simple bodies models.
• 2D Occam inversion of data.
• 2D forward modeling (model edition).
• Map view of the survey.
• Exportation of all results through ASCII files.

The Very Low-Frequency (VLF) Electromagnetic Method (EM) survey technique is a passive method that utilizes distant, globally positioned transmitters broadcasting at frequencies ranging from 15.0 to 40.8kHz. In a VLF investigation, primary fields (generated by radio transmitters) are predominantly horizontal, with measurements of vertical deviations influenced by local ground conditions. This method is commonly employed in geophysical exploration, mineral exploration, environmental studies, and archaeological surveys due to its effectiveness in detecting subsurface anomalies and geological structures. Additionally, VLF surveys are valuable for locating buried objects, identifying groundwater resources, and assessing soil conductivity.
